• Must be able to communicate, encourage, praise, motivate, prioritize, delegate, and plan workflows with staff to create an efficient and productive department.

• Works reports per priority matrix.
• Assists with quality reviews and productivity.
• Assists with appeal management.
• Ensures metrics perform within established parameters.
• Supports staff and acts as a resource for questions.
• Reviews adjustment requests.
• Reviews and adjusts work assignments as needed based on staffing levels.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Associate's degree in Health Services Administration or Business related field. In lieu of degree, consideration will be given to a candidate with 3 years revenue cycle experience.
• Two years of experience specific to discipline.
