Responsibilities
Customer Service : Provide excellent service to clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
Sales : Promote and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Policy Management : Process policy changes, updates, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Requirements
Previous Experience : Prior experience in customer service or insurance industry is preferred.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
