- Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve inquiries
- De-escalate issues and escalate when necessary
- Track call information for auditing purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Upsell products or services if required What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months Customer service experience
- Over 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or GED
- Proven oral & written communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
