In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform. Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers via live chat
Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and order processing
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or support role preferred
