Director of Business Development Responsibilities
Managing, developing and supporting a sales team focusing on maximizing productivity
Develop and maintain existing accounts through follow-up on a systematic basis
Responsible for achieving annual sales plan through growth and penetration of existing accounts
Present new ideas and products from primary vendors and exclusive brand products to secure accounts
Ensure optimum service to accounts
Maintain a profile on all accounts
Some travel will be required
Director of Business Development Qualifications: 5+ years managing a sales team is required Experience using quantitative & qualitative research data Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as customer service and presentation abilities Demonstrated problem-solving ability and negotiation skills?
