What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement effective selling skills while managing an assigned customer account base
Solicit automotive-related products to grow and maintain long-term business relationships
Utilize CRM tools and data analysis to maximize customer potential and document account activity
Prepare yearly budgets for assigned customer base, focusing on new customer development
Maintain a current knowledge of automotive products and market developments
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or automotive aftermarket sales
Extensive knowledge of automotive parts; import knowledge is a plus
Proficiency in using technology tools for customer management and data entry
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and adapt positively to a changing environment
