Qualifications
Master's Degree in Special Education
Massachusetts state teaching certification in Special Education
Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Reading Specialist certification
Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations in a virtual environment
Provide direct instruction, support, and interventions tailored to each students IEP goals
Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and school staff
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
Requirements
Provide your own liability and general insurance
Comfortable working as an independent contractor
Home computer with high-speed internet access
Successfully pass a basic tech screening
