Job Description


Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Provide detailed information about products and services, and assist customers in placing orders.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our system.

  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall service quality.


Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and customer service software.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous experience in a customer service role.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
