Responsibilities

In this role, you will be reaching out to survey participants and gathering their feedback on various topics. Your daily tasks will include:
• Conducting outbound calls and administering surveys
• Reading from a script and asking questions to collect responses
• Recording and compiling survey data
• Engaging in meaningful work without sales or collections—just valuable insights!

Key Skills And Requirements
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Basic reading, computer, and typing skills
• A solid understanding of customer service
• Reliable attendance

Experience
• No prior experience required—paid training will be provided
• Open to applicants aged 16 and up

Schedule Options
• Evening shifts: 4 PM - 11 PM (Mon-Fri)
• Weekend shifts: 10 AM - 6 PM (Sat), 1 PM - 9 PM (Sun)
• Minimum one weekend shift per week required
• Choose from available shifts (18-40 hours per week)
