Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM
Responsibilities
1. Provide online support for Apple products.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions.
3. Guide customers through technical processes.
4. Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
6. Collaborate with team members to improve service.
7. Stay updated on Apple product developments.
8. Assist with other support-related tasks as needed.

Hourly Salary Range
$25 $45 per hour
Job Requirements

Basic Educational Requirements
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
