What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide direct and indirect non-professional nursing care under supervision
Perform patient care activities such as cleaning and taking vital signs
Obtain lab specimens and assist with patient charting
Escort patients and assist with activities of daily living
Manage clerical duties and order and receive supplies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent required
Medical Assistant degree or West Virginia C.N.A. license or PCT Certification required
CPR certification within 90 days of employment
Glucoscan certification within 90 days of employment
1-2 years of experience preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care protocols
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
