Key Responsibilities
Engage proactively with clients to update and categorize their bank transactions while preparing and analyzing crucial financial statements for their businesses.
Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts, ensuring precision in monthly records.
Leverage strong analytical capabilities to review and interpret financial reports, maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Collaborate with the team to produce tax-ready financial statements at year-end.
Attend weekly remote team meetings to foster connection and alignment with team objectives.
Required Skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential.
Exceptional organizational skills coupled with a meticulous eye for detail.
Capability to manage bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients concurrently while adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree and/or 4-5 years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience is preferred.
