We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk / Virtual Assistant to help with maintaining a database of information and adding to it on a regular basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining a database of contacts
Setting appointments
Adhering to guidelines and standards
Taking notes for specific contacts
Helping contacts get the right information
Speaking with contacts shortly to coordinate meetings and conversations
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills:
Communication skills
English fluency
Organization skills
Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office
Proficiency in multitasking
Good working memory
Experience with data entry
Accuracy and attention to detail
