Lead and manage the OnBrand team, ensuring all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all initiatives.
Identify and prioritize key strategic projects that align with the overall business objectives and drive brand growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions and strategies to enhance the American Express brand.
Provide guidance and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Communicate project updates and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management to drive innovation and efficiency.
Foster a culture of excellence, encouraging team members to strive for continuous improvement and excellence in project delivery.
