Develop and implement risk adjustment strategies: The Risk Adjustment Provider Educator Senior Analyst will be responsible for creating and executing risk adjustment strategies to improve healthcare outcomes and drive success for our organization.

Conduct provider education and training: The candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional education and training to providers on risk adjustment methodologies, coding and documentation requirements, and best practices to ensure accurate reimbursement.

Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement: Utilizing strong analytical skills, the candidate will analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement in risk adjustment processes and outcomes.

Collaborate with internal teams: The candidate will work closely with various teams within the organization, such as data analytics, finance, and medical management, to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize risk adjustment.

Stay updated on industry changes and regulations: The candidate will stay up-to-date on changes and updates in risk adjustment methodologies, coding guidelines, and regulations to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain relationships with providers: The candidate will establish and maintain positive relationships with providers to facilitate effective education and communication on risk adjustment processes and requirements.

Monitor and report on performance: The candidate will monitor and report on risk adjustment performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Train and mentor team members: The candidate will provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively educate providers and drive success in risk adjustment.

Drive cost savings and affordability: The candidate will play a crucial role in the organization's mission to make healthcare more affordable and accessible by identifying and implementing strategies to improve risk adjustment outcomes and reduce costs.

Adhere to company policies and procedures: The candidate will follow all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulations and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
