About the role
We are seeking a high-ticket sales closer with a passion for driving revenue and a demonstrated track-record of helping high-ticket sales scale.

You will be responsible for finalizing sales from generated leads, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to enrollment. You’ll manage the sales pipeline, conduct high-quality sales calls, participate in live-hosted sales events, and ensure client satisfaction through timely follow-ups. You will also navigate refunds and work to keep every enrolled student in the program. This role requires strong sales acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

About you
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a high ticket enrollment coach/advisor.
• Proven ability to close high-ticket sales with confidence and efficiency
• Self-starter who stays driven to reach and surpass sales quotas through strategic planning
• Dedicated, results-driven closer to help scale our online coaching business
• Demonstrated success with sales systems and processes that close leads
• The ideal candidate has a background as a life or health coach so that you can authentically connect with people that are considering becoming a coach
• Ability to effectively engage prospects and guide them through enrollment process
• Experience working with remote teams

As part of our sales team, you will:
• Conduct sales calls using the provided sales script, highlighting product benefits and addressing client concerns
• Confidently demonstrate products/features to clients in a convincing manner virtually
• Adjust your approach based on customer type, career focus and objections to optimize opportunity
• Schedule sales calls based on lead qualification
• Maintain high-quality standards by reviewing AI transcripts of calls and identifying areas for continuous improvement
• Offer and explain payment options and financing plans
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge
• Conduct weekly and monthly check-ins to ensure satisfaction
• Update the CRM (Nutshell/HubSpot) daily to manage the sales pipeline effectively
• Partner with internal teams to continually improve the inputs to the CRM and our ability to forecast sales based on stage of lead and other lead attributes
• Complete daily reporting, including End-of-Day (EOD) reports on leads contacted, appointments set, and sales closed
• Achieve or exceed closing / conversion rate benchmarks by product from set appointments to closed sales
