As a Bodily Injury/Litigation Senior Claims Adjuster at Gallagher Bassett, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving complex auto bodily injury claims across various jurisdictions in the United States. In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy and understanding throughout the claims process. You will be expected to handle claims in accordance with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies, while also adhering to statutory, regulatory, and ethical requirements. Documentation and communication of claim activity will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you will need to support the outcomes of the claim file through timely and accurate reporting. As a key member of the Claims Adjuster team, you will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex auto bodily injury claims. Your analytical skills and claims experience will be essential in making informed decisions that lead to successful claim resolutions. Responsibilities
Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto Bodily Injury claims.

Requirements
High School Diploma.

Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.

Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and NY.

Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.

Computer experience with related claims and business software.
