Idaho Provider Relation Consultant - Hybrid - State of Idaho

About the position

The Provider Relation Consultant serves as the primary liaison between Gainwell Technologies and the Idaho Medicaid provider community, focusing on building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders. This role involves delivering high-quality service through training, timely responses to inquiries, and site visits, while ensuring compliance with best practices and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities
• Seek resolution to issues reported by the provider community and State partners, educating and documenting inquiries within response time standards.

• Promote communication with medical partners through outreach efforts.
,
• Develop, maintain, and deliver educational materials to providers and internal staff in various settings.
,
• Provide training in one-on-one, large group sessions, virtual meetings, and community workshops.
,
• Understand client business and market dynamics to ensure best practices and process improvements.
,
• Investigate complex inquiries and implement modifications to procedures and workflows as necessary.

Requirements
• Six or more years of experience in business process service delivery and improvement, preferably in an outsourcing environment.
,
• Three or more years of experience in the healthcare industry or functional area.
,
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with business solutions software.
,
• Instructor-level training and presentation delivery experience in both in-person and remote settings.
,
• Proven experience in issue resolution focused on claims research, provider enrollment, and customer service.
,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organization and time management skills.
