Data Entry Specialist (Remote Job)
FedEx is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data across various platforms, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to FedExs mission of delivering reliable and efficient services.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately input and update data into company systems in a timely manner. Verify and correct discrepancies in data to maintain accuracy and consistency. Organize and manage data files to ensure easy retrieval and adherence to company standards. Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline data entry processes. Generate periodic reports and summaries as required by supervisors. Adhere to company policies regarding data privacy and security.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (a Bachelors degree is a plus). Proven experience in data entry or a similar role. Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 50 WPM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other data management tools. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Familiarity with data confidentiality and security guidelines.
