Hours are, but not limited to: 6:30-3:00pm, 12:00pm-8:30pm, 2:30pm-11:00pm and 10:30pm-7:00am Night Audit.

Must have open availability and must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Must have reliable transportation.

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

As the front-line-employee, your role will be extremely important for maintaining a positive customer experience. Your goal should always be to make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied during their stay.

Front Desk Representative duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
• Greet, communicate with and welcome guests
• Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
• Checking in and checking out guests with accuracy
• Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed
• Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination
• Prepare and manage outgoing mail
• Monitor and update records and files

Night Auditor Duties and responsibilities
• Review transactions from the day and balance accounts
• Print reports and complete nightly audit of daily transactions
• Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies

• Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
• Checking in and checking out guests with accuracy
• Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed
• Monitor and update records and files.
