Key Responsibilities: In your capacity as a Nurse Case Manager, you will: • Deliver thorough medical care coordination for injured employees. • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals, attorneys, and insurance adjusters. • Oversee patient care by managing appointments, hospital visits, medical equipment procurement, and necessary home modifications. • Act as a vital liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance entities, ensuring all medical needs are fulfilled.

Required Skills
• Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Valid Texas Driver's License and auto insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bilingual in Spanish to effectively support our diverse patient base.
• Ability to conduct local travel (up to 50%) and attend medical appointments.

Qualifications
• A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is required.
• Previous experience in case management is preferred.
