Key Responsibilities: In your capacity as a Nurse Case Manager, you will: Deliver thorough medical care coordination for injured employees. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals, attorneys, and insurance adjusters. Oversee patient care by managing appointments, hospital visits, medical equipment procurement, and necessary home modifications. Act as a vital liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance entities, ensuring all medical needs are fulfilled.
Required Skills
Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Valid Texas Driver's License and auto insurance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Bilingual in Spanish to effectively support our diverse patient base.
Ability to conduct local travel (up to 50%) and attend medical appointments.
Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is required.
Previous experience in case management is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
