We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our medical devices sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products . The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
Duties
Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our medical equipment and generate interest.
Utilize telemarketing skill to call medical equipment providers and track interactions with customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify market opportunities .
Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
Stay informed about product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
Assist in business development efforts by identifying potential leads and nurturing relationships.
Experience
Previous experience in telemarketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies, particularly in technology or technical sales environments.
Highly self motivated and goal oriented professional.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $16.36 - $18.15 per hour
