HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your Role:
? Performs professional and technical administrative duties related to Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) Risk Management Office?s operation.
? Provides a variety of legal secretarial assistance in the hospital?s medical legal cases.

Reports To:
? Corporate Risk Manager

Supervises:
? None

WHAT YOU?LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:
? High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Education:
? Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience:
? Three (3) years of secretarial experience

Preferred Experience:
? Secretarial experience in a hospital or legal setting.
? Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality laws.
? Knowledge of medical records management.
? Knowledge of accounting.Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
? Knowledge of legal terminology.Knowledge of legal, secretarial and office practices.
? Effective communication skills.
? Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
? Ability to manage information confidentially.
? Courteous with internal and external customers.
? Very well organized.
