ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I have been a State Farm agent for 19 years and am proud to continue my family?s legacy as a third-generation agent. Our office is located in a great space with an amenity center offering free coffee and tea, and most of our team members enjoy individual offices rather than cubicles. We have a close-knit team of four, along with additional shared team members, and we work together to create a supportive and successful environment. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brandon Mueller - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. ? Assist clients with policy changes and updates. ? Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS: ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Detail-oriented and able to multitask. ? Previous customer service experience preferred.
