Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting executive functions.

    Duties
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Prepare and transcribe meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence as needed.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document management using tools like DocuSign.
  • Assist with office management tasks to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as required.
    Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong clerical skills with proficiency in data entry and document management systems.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately; transcription experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional proofreading abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $62,438.00 - $68,350.00 per year
