Virtual Chat Support Consultant – Entry-Level
As a Virtual Chat Support Consultant, you will start your career in customer service by providing expert advice and support through chat interfaces. Roles: In this position, you will manage live chat messages on business websites and social media accounts. You will help answer customer queries, provide product or sales links, and offer promotions or discounts directly through chat.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: You need to have a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are also necessary to perform the tasks effectively.
Skills/background needed: This is a beginner-friendly role. Full training is provided, so no prior paid live chat work experience is necessary.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
