Call Center Customer Service Representative

We are looking for talented and dedicated professionals who are committed to customer satisfaction and share our passion for providing the highest level of customer service. Our inbound call center serves a variety of industries, including medical, legal, real estate, hospitality, HVAC, and plumbing, just to name a few.

Candidates will be trained on the basic tools and skills needed to answer customer calls, utilize policies and procedures to assist customers and refer customers to the appropriate team if needed.

    Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls, accurately and quickly.
  • Monitor inbound calls to ensure they are handled according to protocol
  • Assist with dispatching medical orders during downtime and when assigned
  • Have an enthusiastic, customer-oriented attitude. Speak with callers in a manner that is clear and concise.
  • Have strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Strong written communication skills - ability to use proper grammar and punctuation
  • Follow communication "script", guidelines and policies
  • Be punctual and shows up to work with a positive attitude
  • Be able to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Be available to work holidays (double pay)
  • Work as part of a team to ensure customer service.
    AVAILABLE SHIFTS - Full-Time 7am-3pm/8am-4pm/9a-5p & 3pm-11pm
  • Training is scheduled Mon-Fri 9a-5p and lasts about three to four weeks
  • Alternating weekends required - OFF every other Sat/Sun
    BASE PAY - Starting at $14.00/hr + shift differentials
  • Shift Differential - extra $0.50/hr from 5p-11p & $1.00/hr from 11p-7p
  • Weekends - extra $0.50/hr plus any shift differential pay
  • Extra pay incentive for additional weekend coverage
  • Bilingual (Spanish) - additional $1.00/hr
  • Immediate remote opportunity available for candidates that reside in FL, GA, SC or TN

    Qualifications
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent customer service and client support experience
  • Strong phone etiquette and typing skills
  • Familiarity with data entry
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
