Savorease Therapeutic Foods creates life-changing, crunchy, plant-based finger foods for individuals on soft and therapeutic diets. Our mission-driven startup is focused on helping people with dysphagia, stroke, dementia, and feeding disorders rediscover the joy of eating. We’re a small team with big goals—and we’re looking for a smart, self-sufficient Executive Assistant who can support both our administrative and digital operations.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the right hand to our founder, helping with both back-office systems and light creative/admin tasks across platforms.

Admin & Operations

  • Handle accounts receivable follow-up and payment tracking (QuickBooks)
  • Monitor and respond to inbound customer emails BTB
  • Organize inboxes and follow up on outstanding tasks
  • Coordinate invoices, purchase orders, and light logistics

Increase sales on Amazon and Shopify e-commerce platforms for BTB and DTC

Digital Tools & Marketing Support

  • Set up and manage email flows in Freshworks CRM
  • Update content and track orders in Shopify
  • Create layouts in Canva for social posts and onboarding docs (you’ll get the copy!)
  • Schedule posts on social platforms (Later, Buffer, or similar)

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Are incredibly organized and detail-oriented
  • Communicate clearly and professionally over email to new accounts
  • Can learn tools quickly and work with minimal oversight
  • Are a problem-solver—you Google things before asking
  • Have strong written English skills and prefer working in Pacific Time
  • Bonus: you’re bilingual in Spanish/English (not required)

Tools You Should Know (or be able to learn fast)

  • QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Shopify
  • Canva creation of graphics and collateral

Amazon store management and ads

  • CRM tools like Freshworks, HubSpot
  • Social editing, graphic enhancement, and scheduling
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Hours: 10–15 hours/week

Compensation: $25–$35/hr DOE
