Must possess direct-wired, desk top PC, Intel core i5 8th Gen processor or higher, WIN 11 Pro, dual monitors , and headset.

We will pay a $500 signing bonus after 30 days active engagement!

Our primary job is to assist people who are struggling with unsecured debt and enroll them into programs that will eliminate the majority of their debt within 6-12 months. Our company offers 100% in-bound calls that have been vetted and are ready to speak to you about their individual situation.

We are looking for professional sales closers who have telephone sales experience and are able to hit the ground running. You must be high energy, money motivated, and financially savvy and you must care about helping people who need our services. You must have great attention to detail as you will be doing data entry and contract preparation. Experience in Debt Settlement a plus.

Duties:

• -Conduct debt counseling sessions for clients that seek education and assistance in resolving their unsecured debt.
• -Ability to educate consumers regarding financial options, convey the benefits of the recommendations provided, and be able to convey the consequences of the client not taking action.

• -Must be flexible and able to adhere to scheduling via call center environment and based upon the needs of the client base.

• -Maintain and service existing client base, including follow up.

• -Accurately and consistently document client information into proprietary CRM operating system. ----Handle client concerns without delay, assuring full resolution.

Skills/Requirements:

• Must have at least two years debt settlement, debt validation, debt consulting sales experience. If you do not have this, do not waste my time or yours. This is a deal breaker!!!

_IAPDA certification will be required within 30 days of hire if not currently certified.

• Excellent customer communication, computer, and organization skills.

• Must sound good on the phone and speak with clarity.
• Must be willing to make outbound calls to follow up with your clients.
• Must have basic understanding of computers/ typing / Microsoft Outlook.

• Must have basic knowledge about credit cards, interest rates and debt calculation tools.
• Strong team player.
• Bi-Lingual a Plus.

Equipment Requirement:

• Direct wired desktop PC, Intel core i5 8th Gen processor or higher with Windows 11 Pro operating system, two monitors, wired headset. No WIFI.

Pay:

We spend a lot of money in marketing and expect our employees to work hard and expect you to do the same. The Top 25% of the company make over 16K/month. The Middle 50% of the company make12K-15K/ month. The bottom 25% of the company make 9-11K/ month. We pay weekly via direct deposit. Daily/weekly contests for extra bonus money too!

Hours:
Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday from 9:30am-6:00pm MST.
