    Description:
  • Deliver scripted talks to businesses explaining the benefits of the products or services to persuade potential customers.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements and persuade them to buy.
  • Navigate Microsoft Excel tables for information while on the phone.
  • Record sales enrollment information accurately in a computer system.
  • Complete a third-party verification for each agreed contract.
  • Work with multiple computer applications while simultaneously taking inbound/outbound calls.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Achieve and maintain production goals.
  • Possess a willingness to learn, be intuitive, be resourceful and be coachable.
  • Uphold quality standards to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Continually update knowledge of company products, services, and industry.
  • Provide a positive sales experience using a confident and persuasive personality combined with exceptional product knowledge.
    Requirements:
  • 2+ Years business-to-business sales experience (Must have)
  • Call center experience.
  • Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of customer service practices and principles.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 7 Year Background Check.
