Summer Marketing Internship, Premier Impact E-Commerce Fashion Brand

Marcella, one of America's fastest-growing, impact-driven e-commerce fashion brands, selling women's designer essentials with an edge, is looking to hire creative and versatile marketing interns to assist with a myriad of tasks. If you're interested in the world of Fashion / Marketing / E-commerce, this internship offers a great opportunity to learn and evolve!

As part of its regular internship program, the company is now hiring for the Summer 2025 program at its Northampton, MA office (with virtual being a possibility for the right candidate(s)). The position is ideal for someone who wants to grow professionally and interact regularly with a dynamic global team involved in the making and marketing of women’s apparel and accessories. Marcella has its principal offices in Northampton, MA and Europe, with additional staff located in Boston and New York City.

We’re interested in hearing from candidates with strong verbal and written communications skills and/or strong creative visual communications skills and the ability to curate visual materials. You should be a creative, confident, positive individual with an entrepreneurial mind set and an all-hands-on-deck attitude. You would be assisting on real projects with meaningful impact so you should be highly organized, responsible and passionate about learning. Required availability for this position for the Summer 2025 semester is at least 15 hours but as many as 25 hours a week. We offer a stipend. Additionally, we’re amenable to supporting school credit arrangements. Based on the success of the internship, there may be the possibility of full-time employment in the future (several previous Marcella interns are now full-time company employees).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Create compelling content (written / photo / video) for our blog and social media
 Manage and grow social media communities
 Monitor and initiate online conversation within our communities and elsewhere
 Research and update our databases, media lists, and calendars
 Assist in the administration of our website
 Other variable organizational/administrative duties

Requirements:  Familiarity with luxury fashion and jewelry brands  Received (or are pursuing) a Marketing / PR / Communications or Business- related college degree  Strong creative writing, excellent overall verbal / written communication skills  The ability to manage multiple projects successfully with minimal supervision

 An in-depth knowledge of social media platforms (and / or the willingness to spend extra time to learn platforms you don't know) - Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

 You should have good personal presentation and feel comfortable communicating with new people in social environments.
 Basic video making skills (awesome if you're able to edit but as long as you can
press record on an iPhone that'll work as a start).
 Basic photography (again, awesome if you're a pro but not critical - iPhone
photography skills also acceptable as a start).
 Proficiency with PhotoShop, Illustrator, and other programs a plus!
