We are looking for a part time, dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to work weekends and select weekdays, as needed, to help us make magical memories. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in providing outstanding support and are eager to contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Must be reside in the Eastern or Central time zone.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with a sprinkle of magic and professionalism.
• Provide accurate information on event details and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and with grace.
• Stay informed on product updates and company policies.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability to work weekends and select weekdays, as needed
