- We are looking for a part time, dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to work weekends and select weekdays, as needed, to help us make magical memories. - Must be reside in the Eastern or Central time zone.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with a sprinkle of magic and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information on event details and company policies.

- Stay informed on product updates and company policies.
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

- Availability to work weekends and select weekdays, as needed
