Entry Level Customer Consultant

Empire Connections is seeking our newest Customer Consultant to join our team!

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities:
• Working one-on-one with customers and clients
• Understand customer needs and quickly provide solutions
• Manage, update, and maintain customer accounts
• Create reports of all customer interactions
• Identify new business opportunities
• Supply high quality customer service
• Build the skills to increase customer loyalty

Pay: $780.00 - $1,250.00 per week
