## Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in technical operations, preferably in a fintech environment.
Strong understanding of financial payments processes.
Familiarity with blockchain technology.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
