We are currently hiring a Virtual Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and provide prompt, helpful, and friendly support.

This is a remote position, ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and enjoy problem-solving.

    Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and messages from customers
  • Assist customers with product information, order updates, and general inquiries
  • Resolve complaints or escalate them as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction
    Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
    Working Hours & Compensation:
  • Flexible working hours based on shift availability
  • Compensation will be discussed during the interview and depends on experience
  • Training will be provided
