As a Customer Service Representative at Ag-Pro, you will play a vital role in supporting the John Deere Survey Process and Transportation at our Corporate Office in Boston, GA. Your primary responsibilities will include contacting customers monthly to support the John Deere Experience process, following up with calls and survey responses, and regularly communicating experience information to key store team members. You will also be responsible for inputting updates into the John Deere system, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented accurately. In addition to customer outreach, you will prepare, process, and mail tag and title documents, particularly for trailer sales in Florida and Georgia. This includes compiling and maintaining a complete list of all outstanding title work, reporting to leadership on the status of any missing or problematic titles, and ensuring that a current list of outstanding titles is maintained at the end of each month. You will also sign over titles for wholesalers who have paid in full and prepare a monthly report to management regarding any funds not collected from wholesalers due to missing or incomplete title work. Staying informed about title regulations is crucial, as you will need to update the team on any regulatory changes. This may involve attending seminars held by local licensing bureaus and participating in any available training on title regulations. Effective time management will be essential as you apply it to all tag and title daily routines, along with completing other tasks as assigned.

- Requirements
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience. ,
- Proficient with copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and standard office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel. ,
- Ability to perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of forms.
