Job Type: Full-time (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM; Sat 9 AM–2 PM) | Part-time considered
Pay: $14.00/hour
Job Summary:
We are a fast-paced Real Estate Photography & Media Company based in Miami, FL, seeking a highly organized, bilingual (English/Spanish) Entry-Level Office Assistant to join our team. This remote position involves managing daily office tasks, coordinating photo sessions, handling media delivery, supporting client communications and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Media Review & Delivery
- Review photo/video files for quality and accuracy
- Coordinate edits with editors, including visual feedback
- Organize and upload finalized content to platforms and clouds.
- Send emails and text messages to clients
- Scheduling & Client Coordination
- Confirm and schedule with clients and photographers upcoming photo sessions
- Handle rescheduling, reminders, and updates
- Client Communications & Admin
- Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries promptly
- Send invoices, payment reminders, and track outstanding balances
- Add and update client details in CRM
- Follow up post shoots with clients
- Maintain accurate job logs and delivery records
- Lead Generation & CRM Tasks
- Prospect new clients daily, add and track leads in CRM
- Social Media & Marketing
- Post to Instagram and Facebook, by creating engaging captions and visual content
- Respond to DMs, comments, and build audience engagement
- Assist with email marketing
- Reporting & Organization
- Maintain sales reports, cost tracking and invoices
- Help with basic accounting admin (Quickbooks)
- Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- High School diploma, GED, or some College
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable with remote work.
- Familiar with tools like Google Drive, Excel, CRM platforms
- Available to work some Saturdays
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn real estate workflows
- Preferred Experience:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience with social media content creation or marketing
- Basic graphic design or video editing a plus
- Local geographical knowledge of South Florida
