As a Virtual Wholesaling Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in the back-end of real estate transactions—helping assign contracts between motivated sellers and investor buyers using a proven, digital-first process.

You’ll work behind the scenes to prepare, verify, and finalize documents tied to active wholesale deals—ensuring that every contract is tracked, assigned, and archived with precision. Position Summary
You’ll be handling the operational side of wholesale real estate transactions. That means reviewing legal agreements, preparing assignment packages, communicating with team members and buyers through written channels, and ensuring each step of the deal is completed on schedule.
Every contract you touch represents a real piece of inventory. Your job is to process it from intake to assignment without missing a beat.
Key Responsibilities
Review property contracts submitted by acquisition reps
Verify that documents are complete, signed, and error-free
Organize digital files using folder structures provided
Update a tracking dashboard with deal progress, status, and key deadlines
Prepare assignment documents using templates
Coordinate with cash buyers via email to deliver contract packets
Flag and resolve compliance issues before delivery
Archive completed transactions for internal reporting
Training & Process
You’ll receive comprehensive onboarding into a proven wholesaling system. Training includes:
Understanding the structure of a wholesale real estate deal
Step-by-step guidance on contract preparation and assignment
Folder organization protocols and naming conventions
How to communicate with buyers using professional scripts
Common mistakes to avoid when processing deals

Compensation Model
You’ll be paid per successfully processed and delivered contract. This is not hourly or salaried. Coordinators report earnings between $2,000 and $10,000 per wholesale deal depending on the market and complexity of the assignment.
