About the Role The Senior Manager, Professional Services is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of MX software and related consulting engagements. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with delightful outcomes for our customers. With a deep focus on operational excellence, team performance, and customer impact, this leader will champion the flow of value across the delivery lifecycle. Rooted in iterative innovation and a foundation of trust, the Senior Manager will own baseline operational processes, tools, and performance metrics that drive delivery excellence and revenue impact. This includes creating clear data models to report on customer satisfaction, financial performance, and operational health—both at the team level and the individual contributor level. Key Responsibilities The Senior Manager drives efficiency and strategy of the services sold and the delivery of those services. The Senior Manager drives value realization for the client and measures satisfaction in meaningful ways to the business. The Senior Manager of Professional Services drives the operational rhythm of the team and cohesively sees the touchpoints of other teams as extensions of Delivery stewardship, regardless of reporting structure. Client retention and stability is foremost for the Senior Manager. Manages a team of other Technical Project Managers. All managerial and HR duties are owned by the Solution Delivery Manager. Manage the delivery of our software solutions and related consulting services (as applicable) to customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to ensure that project scopes and timelines are accurately defined and communicated to customers. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that all project milestones are met and risks are proactively identified and mitigated. Manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints. Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders, including customers, project teams, and senior management. Ensure that project documentation is created and maintained, including project plans, risk logs, and status reports. Manage project resources, including external vendors, ensuring that they are utilized effectively and efficiently. Continuously improve our delivery methodology and processes, ensuring that we are delivering best-in-class solutions to our customers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software project management, preferably in a SaaS or consulting environment. 5+ years of experience building strong customer relationships and managing stakeholder expectations. 5+ years of team management Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions. Deep understanding of Agile project management methodologies. Familiarity with financial services or FinTech industries is a strong advantage.
