    Description:
  • Start date: June 9th, 2025
  • Pay Rate: $16.66/hr. plus monthly bonus potential after 90 days
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am- 5:30pm EST or 9:00am- 6:00pm EST
  • As a Home and Auto Insurance Verifier you are required to research accounts where insurance information is not on file to verify if the policy has renewed, is active, or has been replaced.
  • Home and Auto Insurance Verifiers are required to make outbound phone calls to agents, carriers, and/or borrowers in order to obtain the necessary verification or documentation using certain client or industry quality standards.
  • Carrier B2B websites are used to validate coverage where phone calls may not be required and sending letters via fax or email may also be required.
  • The Home and Auto Insurance Verifier will be responsible for: Placing outbound calls for assigned lender relationships including, assisting callers with questions regarding letters or charges for insurance; obtaining proof of coverage; etc.
  • Check insurance websites for proof of coverage and printing proof for data entry
  • Contact agent to verify Break in Coverage (BIC) dates
  • Help in all other (non-assigned) queues for OSC & LSC accounts when needed
  • Accountability: 50% Providing excellent customer service; 50% Meeting goals and deadlines
  • Attend departmental meetings as requested
  • Maintain appropriate, professional working relationships with clients and other employees
  • Other duties as assigned.
    Requirements:
  • Call Center (Insurance and Banking Only)
  • Customer Service
  • Insurance Background (Home or Auto)
  • Internet Connection: High speed Internet connection (DSL / Cable) capable of speeds over 100 mbps.
  • Smartphone: Android or iPhone (will be necessary for dual authentication requirement)
  • Workspace Guidelines: Work area must be quiet and free of distractions
  • Work area must have adequate lighting without glare
  • Desk, chair and workspace must be ergonomically correct and designed to safely accommodate the equipment
