About the position

TEKsystems is currently seeking dedicated Member Service Representatives to join a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Dallas, TX. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to members within a high-volume, structured contact center environment that operates 24/7. The primary responsibility of the Member Service Representative is to respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism. In this position, you will be expected to provide comprehensive information regarding the company's products and services. This requires a strong understanding of the offerings, active listening skills, and the ability to adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods to enhance the member experience. You will perform various transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while also advising members on additional products and services that may meet their needs. The role demands handling a significant call volume, averaging between 80 to 100 calls daily, which necessitates a high level of efficiency and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the willingness to assist others, even in challenging conversations. This position is full-time, requiring availability for a rotating schedule that includes working on Saturdays, with a flexible window of hours from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Training will be conducted virtually, and candidates must be located within a 60-mile radius of Dallas, TX to be eligible for this remote position.

    Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • ,
  • 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume call center environment.

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
