Oh gosh, I love working at deluxe. I've been here 16 years and I would say the last five years I've been working on the most rewarding project ever in my career.
Love it, it's been an exciting time at Deluxe.

Knowing I could help be a part of the gelling of Deluxe and all the potential that I had, that was a huge piece.
So, I did look around a little bit but then nothing quite felt right where deluxe just feels like home this is where I want to end up.
What we're really looking to do is ensure that deluxe has an environment of inclusiveness when people feel inclusive within the workplace, they generate more ideas a better product is put out.
Bring our backgrounds, bring in our cultures, meshing them all together and Deluxe is a place that doesn't necessarily have walls or ceilings, so it just incorporates our true identity as people to employees.
We have recently done the food drive and there were always at least like more than 10 people who will be interested and based on the capacity we can accommodate people go there and do the volunteering.
Deluxe really isnt like any other company. They really care about you and they care about your career and your path moving forward they want you to excel they, they're gonna give you the tools and provide you with what you need to become a successful business professional.
Since day one when I started at Deluxe it has been such a friendly atmosphere.
You want to spend time with people you like that you trust that you respect and I got to tell you we're surrounded with people like that. on the executive team and throughout the organization so for me this is just feels good to work at a company like Deluxe.

- *Part Time - 20-32 hours per week**
- Responsible for advanced program support to both internal and external customers including responding to inquiries, data analysis, providing technical and help desk support while delivering an optimal customer experience.
- Provides advanced program support to both internal and external customers including responding to inquiries, data analysis, providing technical and help desk support while delivering an optimal customer experience.
- Provides timely, effective and professional response to a variety of external end user customer service inquiries and complaints. Ensures a balance between customer satisfaction, retention and company profitability while delivering an optimal customer experience. Discerns the impact and resolves questions, escalated concerns through either inbound / outbound phone calls or various customer communications. Documents and follows up on all extended issues to ensure customer is updated and issues are kept on track for appropriate resolution.
- Communicates effectively with customers utilizing current customer experience expectations in handling a variety of unique customer inquiries/complaints received via phone, mail, internet and fax. Consistently educates customers on products and services to resolve both stated and unstated needs.
- Captures customer information ensuring customer confidence and protection of operations by keeping all customer and financial information confidential. Documents all actions and conversations appropriately.
- Identifies trends in the system; processes issues quickly and escalates to the appropriate area/person(s) for immediate resolution.
- *Responsibilities:**
- Prepare quotes and provide to the clients or prospects.
- Follow-up on all quotes within 24 hours of submittal.
- Enter customer orders clearly, concisely and accurately interpret customer information into our software systems.
- Confirm that all information is complete and accurate before it goes into production.
- Work with production to ensure that all jobs are completed to the customers specifications and satisfy the delivery schedule.
- Ensure that all customers are taken care of in a professional and timely manner.
- Always look for opportunities to identify ways that we can make things easier for our customers.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with management and all departments.
- Attend all staff meetings.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: HS/GED with one years experience in line of business related to the role. Expert level in all systems/programs used.
Excellent computer skills. Experience in a Windows environment.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education and Experience: Proficiency of systems, product knowledge and understanding of customer service policies and procedures.
Strong customer relations and influencing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
