Our client, a consultancy leader within their industry, is on the search for multiple Customer Support professionals to join their team! This role will work to assist both external customers, and internal teammates through a variety of requests. This position requires strong communication AND strong attention to detail and logistics. Opportunity Type: Contract to Permanent!
Location: Charlotte, NC (near uptown).
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm fully onsite (ONE weekend day required per month - but that day is remote!)
Pay/Compensation: $22-$24/hour depending upon experience.
- Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers, assisting with a variety of tasks such as order support/inquiries, service explanation, and billing/financially related needs.
- Assist internal colleagues with booking travel/logistics needs.
- Communicate any important client needs/updates to appropriate parties.
- Assist callers with a variety of tasks providing resolution to any and all needs.
- Utilize multiple internal software to log notes, assist callers, and complete reporting.
- Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience within corporate customer service/call center.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience within administration (Data entry, calendar management, travel arrangements, minute keeping, etc.).
- HS Diploma required, additional continuing education preferred.
