International Card Services (ICS) brings together our International Consumer and Small & Medium Size Enterprises (SME) issuing activities, as well as our Commercial Large Market sales and account development teams outside of the United States under a single organization to accelerate our growth.
The objective of the Technology Control Management Technology Risk Advisory team is to provide specialized and strategic risk advisory specific to product and service areas.
Technology is looking for a Manager of Technology Risk Advisory focused on ensuring control management is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization. It will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across numerous business units, functional areas, and geographies.
- The Manager, Technology Risk Advisory will:
- Support providing strategic risk advice for technology and business areas – including technical and security consultation on new projects, products, strategy and other ventures
- Support driving risk reduction across a technology portfolio – including the implementation of enterprise controls and various risk initiatives
- Build relationships and partnerships with various stakeholders and peers in the technology functions and in the business
- Support compiling best practices and learnings from historical initiatives, and support leveraging compiled best practices to inform risk identification
- Prepare risk oversight reporting across a technology portfolio and conduct data analysis of various technology risk and performance indicators
- Support day-to-day risk reduction activities in relation to any mergers / acquisitions from a control environment perspective
- Support facilitation of risk awareness and education within technology teams and with business stakeholders
- Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technology and/or operational risk management and sound understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in process governance, establishing and overseeing robust decision-making processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Risk Mgmt., or related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) or certifications are advantageous
- Experience in financial services industry

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
