- Mon-Fri 8 AM- 5 PM California time includes 1h unpaid breakScope:
- 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
- Direct patient interaction via phone
- Collaboration with clinical team members
- Independent decision-making within established protocols
- HIPAA compliance responsibility
- Staggered lunch breaks for continuous coverage
- Responsibilities:
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Process and verify insurance information
- Upload and maintain patient documentation in practice systems
- Handle incoming patient calls with 99% first-call resolution
- Provide backup support for clinical team
- Build and maintain daily practice schedule
- Process patient intake information accurately
- Coordinate with back office for seamless patient care
- Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service background
- Healthcare or medical practice experience
- Proficiency with medical scheduling systems
- Insurance verification experience
- Knowledge of healthcare administrative procedures
- Ability to work Pacific Time Zone (8:00/8:30 AM - 4:00/5:00 PM)
- Experience with RingCentral phone systems
