About the position

As a Japanese-Speaking Vacation Advisor, you will play a crucial role in connecting Disney Vacation Club Members with our exceptional Parks and Resorts across the globe, including the US, Asia, Europe, and Disney Cruise Line voyages. Your primary responsibility will be to assist families from Japan in planning their dream vacations at Disney, ensuring they have a magical experience from start to finish. In this role, you will provide information via phone or email to Japanese-speaking Members about various Disney resorts, cruise ships, restaurants, and activities. You will assist them in customizing their trips to maximize their enjoyment and resources. Keeping accurate records of your interactions is essential, as is offering expert advice on travel options and amenities available at Disney destinations. You will also be responsible for resolving any Member concerns and providing solutions to ensure their experience is nothing short of magical. Staying updated with the latest Disney news and offerings is vital, as you will need to provide current information to Members. Collaboration with other departments will be necessary to ensure seamless service and Member satisfaction. Continuous training and development programs will be part of your journey to remain knowledgeable about Disney products and services, allowing you to provide the best possible assistance to our Members.

    Responsibilities

    Requirements
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English (speaking, reading, and writing).

  • A high-speed internet connection and a private work environment at home located on the island of Oahu.

  • The ability to help Guests make the most of their vacation time and resources.

  • A knack for connecting with people on the phone and conveying warmth and enthusiasm over email.
