Part Time Nonprofit Operations Assistant

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Nonprofit Operations Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis (PST Work Hours). In this role, you’ll help ensure the accuracy and integrity of donation records by reviewing data, flagging errors, and supporting reconciliation efforts. Your work will play a key part in helping our team maintain clean, trustworthy records that support our charitable mission.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in administrative, finance, or nonprofit support roles who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. If you're organized, quick to learn new systems, and take pride in being consistent and thorough, we’d love to hear from you.
Time commitment is approximately 10-15 hours per week. This role will be required to work in PST working hours.
This role will be a long term contract role with no set end date.
FreeWill has set compensation and a non-negotiation policy for fairness reasons (we don't think that an individual's pay should be determined by how comfortable they are negotiating). As a result, we like to be transparent and up front about the compensation. Compensation for this role will be $22 per hour. This role is a contract position and is not eligible for benefits.
