About the position

As a Livestreaming Moderator at Joy Media, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our livestream operations. This position involves participating in all aspects of livestream operations, including script optimization and marketing strategy. You will assist the department head in creating work plans, tracking progress, and summarizing outcomes. Effective communication with hosts and team members is essential to clarify the content and process of the livestream, ensuring that all parties are aligned and prepared for a successful broadcast. In addition to operational support, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of the livestream. This includes setting up the livestream environment, adjusting equipment such as lighting and microphones, and organizing and displaying livestream products. You will also troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the broadcast, such as video lag or unclear audio, to maintain a high-quality viewing experience. Backend management is another key responsibility, where you will check links, titles, and prices before each livestream, and handle equipment setup and backend operations throughout the event. You will manage product listings, adjust prices and inventory, create a lively atmosphere, support hosts with product presentations, interact with viewers, guide orders, and maintain order in the livestream room to ensure smooth communication. Crisis management is a critical aspect of this role, as you will need to respond promptly to malicious comments, complaints, and other unforeseen issues to ensure the livestream runs smoothly. You will also monitor data metrics in real-time, adjusting the host's pacing and livestream strategy accordingly. Collaborating with the host to review the livestream performance and optimize the overall effect is essential to ensure the quality and success of each broadcast.
