- Extensive experience with Workday HCM modules
- Experience as a lead consultant on system implementations
- Experience with roadmaps across global organizations
- Background working with business-critical systems
- Quinyx developer (plus)
- You are a self-motivated and rapid learner
- Outcomes-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills
