Job description: We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex commercial and institutional construction projects, typically valued between $7M and $10M. This role will report directly to the VP and will be based in either the Leesburg office or at the Pentagon, depending on the candidate's commuting location. The SPM will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and schedule.Manage all phases of construction, including planning, execution, and closeout.Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and quality standards.Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.Lead subcontractor negotiations, bid processes, and contract execution.Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals and expectations.Utilize industry-standard software such as PROCORE and PROJNET for project tracking and management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
